Françoise Mifoumou Allmendinger, known professionally as Amira Mifall, is a Gabonese self-taught 2D animation director and illustrator whose creative journey reflects the spirit of International Women’s Day 2026 — advancing women’s voices through creativity, innovation, and cultural storytelling. Driven by a deep passion for visual art, she has built a thriving freelance career and, in 2020, founded Mifall Art Studio, a creative company specializing in illustration, 2D animation, and comic production. Through her studio, she empowers local talent while helping authors, businesses, and institutions bring African stories to life. Her collaboration with the Gabon National Parks Agency on Discovering Gabon’s National Parks, showcased at Expo 2020 Dubai, marked a significant milestone in promoting Gabonese heritage internationally. Selected for the Kreafrika seminar in 2024, Amira continues to shape Africa’s creative industries. Her ongoing comic project, Mère Veille, explores femininity, motherhood, identity, and women’s liberation, celebrating resilience and cultural authenticity.
